End User Need To Apply Letter Offer (LO) From BSN:

3. End user (boss / manager)
need submit all above documents
hardcopy to any BSN branch.
4. Wait For LO Approval By BSN
(Est 2 Weeks)
5. BSN will call End user
to BSN submission branch to
sign Letter Offer (LO) once ready.

End User Eligibility
The SME is at least 60%
owned by Malaysian individual
The SME is registered under
the relevant laws of Malaysia and classified as SME
The SME has been in operation
for at least one (1) year
For SMEs which has been in operation
for one (1) year, the SME is required to
have a minimum annual sales turnover
of RM100,000.00 for the first year
For SMEs which has been in operation for
two (2) years or more, the SME is required to
have a minimum annual sales turnover
of RM50,000.00 for the preceding two (2)
consecutive years
Budget 2020 is highly dedicated in supporting Malaysian SME. Our governmnet has initiated a matching grant for up to RM5000 per business in efforts to digitalize SME business operations.
The matching grant is limited to the first 100,000 small and medium-size enterprises that apply
to upgrade their system.
